This symposium will present recent advances in cancer survivorship and cognitive care.

Please join the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center's Survivorship Program and the Division of Brain Health & Memory Disorder's co-hosted Survivorship Conference to hear from local and national experts on recent advances in cancer survivorship and cognitive care.

This conference will be offered both in-person and virtually via Zoom.

Registration Prices:

• $75 for physicians
• $50 for nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
• $25 for social workers and registered nurses, and allied health professionals
• Free for speakers, residents, fellows, and students
