April
Dean sends communication about the Annual LCME CQI Monitoring Process
May
OME sends communication to responsible individuals to complete pertinent portions of the tracking tool
July
Submissions due to OME July 1st; OME reviews submissions and provides feedback/clarifies questions
August
All submissions finalized by OME by August 1st
September
OME submits to report to Dean
October
Education Program Committee (EPC) reviews pertinent portions of the monitoring report and identifies strategies and timeline for improvements

Associate Dean for Medical Educaiton convenes a student group to conduct an Independent Student Analysis (ISA)

Students complete ISA survey by March 15
April
Student group completes ISA analysis by April 15 and submits to OME
May
OME sends LCME monitoring tool to responsible individuals for updating/completion
Dean designates Triennial Review Taskforce to review completed Data Collection
Instrument

UCCOM CQI Triennial Review Taskforce reviews completed Data Collection Instrument and provides a report of recommendations to the Dean

Dean reviews taskforce report and determines needed action

EPC and COM Council review final task force report recommendations

Senior Associate Dean for Educational Affairs submits action plan/timeline to Dean and COM Council
