Fellow Benefits

Fellows can expect to make around $70,000 the first year and $75,000 during the second year.

Fellows also have an opportunity to receive additional income by doing multi-organ procurements for neighboring OPOs once certified in the operation.

Fellows also receive a stipend to cover additional educational materials and equipment such as textbooks and loupes.  Expenses to attend at least one academic meeting per year are also provided.
